We're building this
Do you and your co-founder really agree?
Each of you describes the idea separately, in private. Noemori puts both versions side by side and shows where you agree, where you don't and which decisions nobody has made. Before you find out with the project already under way.
- You agree
- You collide
- Nobody has decided
How it will work
Three steps, none of them takes months
- Each of you, separatelyYou write your view or paste your ChatGPT conversation. Your co-founder does the same from a link you send. Neither of you sees the other's yet.
- Noemori compares themIt looks for where you say the same thing, where you say different things without noticing, and what only one of you takes for granted.
- You look at it togetherA shared map with what you have in common, the clashes quoting each person's words, and a short list of open decisions to talk through.
What you get
Sam“We charge from the first month, even if it's a little.”
Alex“The first year has to be free so people sign up.”
- Price: each of you assumes something different, and neither has said it.
- You agree on starting with a single neighbourhood.
- Undecided: who talks to the first customers.
To talk through this week: price, before designing anything else.
- The differences that matter, on the table before you put in money or months.
- A conversation with your co-founder that starts from what each of you said, not from what you think the other said.
- The list of decisions nobody has made: price, customer, who does what.
Why an AI on its own can't do it
ChatGPT only knows one version: whoever is typing. To see where you disagree you need both, told separately and in private.
Would you use it?
It doesn't exist yet. If enough people ask for it, we'll build it and tell you first. We won't email you about anything else.
