Product support and data requests
For account access, a problem with the app, deletion, export or a privacy question, email the operator. Include the email on your account and describe the issue. Do not email passwords, identity documents or private project content. This pilot has no guaranteed response time; data-rights requests are handled within the applicable legal period, normally one month.

Urgent help in Spain
If you are in Spain and there is immediate danger, call 112. For thoughts of suicide or concern about someone close to you, the national 024 line offers free, confidential help at any time. Outside Spain, use your local emergency number and local crisis services. Product support cannot respond to emergencies.
