Terms of the pilot
A free, experimental service for developing ideas, projects and helpful connections. Please read these terms and the privacy notice before creating an account.
Who can use the pilot
The pilot is for people aged 18 or over. Use your own account and keep your credentials secure. An invitation may be required. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish or share.
Free Max access
All pilot accounts receive Max access without payment. Max includes bounded intelligence allowances; it does not mean unlimited model use. Shared cost ceilings, safety limits and temporary service interruptions may pause intelligence. The operator cannot change an individual’s plan. Any later paid subscription will require clear pricing and your separate agreement; the pilot never starts a payment automatically.
Your work stays yours
You retain ownership of your contributions and grant only the permission needed to store, process and display them according to your sharing choices. Publish only material you have the right to use. Private work is not offered to other accounts. Public summaries, shared snapshots, circle messages and bilateral help are visible to their intended audiences; accepted copies may become part of another author’s work.
Intelligence helps; you decide
The Living layer can be mistaken, omit context or cite a source that does not support its answer. Check important claims and sources yourself. You choose whether to accept proposed work. Generated content and this service are not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not upload third-party confidential material or sensitive personal data unless you have a suitable basis and understand the processing described in Privacy.
Care for other people
Follow the community rules. Do not harass, deceive, impersonate, exploit the service or post unlawful material. The operator may restrict reported content or access for safety or rule violations. Moderation notices and available appeal routes explain decisions. You can contact support to challenge an access restriction.
Export and leave
You can download your structured work and a readable export from your account. Original attachments are available in the file archive. You can delete your account yourself or request deletion from support. Deletion revokes account access and queues secure file cleanup; it does not remove copies already accepted into other people’s work or necessarily erase legally necessary moderation evidence. Privacy explains these limits.
An experimental service
The pilot can change, pause or end. Keep an independent export of important work. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes and allow export before a planned closure. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect. A later paid service needs separate subscription terms. Spanish law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction available to you. Contact the operator using the address and email below for complaints or questions.
Who runs this service
The pilot is operated by Víctor Andújar Murcia, acting as an individual in Spain. Noemori is the name of the service.
